Scanner Warranty Policy
1. Warranty Period
All FJD scanner products (including but not limited to LiDAR scanners and related accessories) are covered by a standard warranty period of one (1) year, starting from the date of delivery.
If you require an extended warranty period, please contact us for available options.
2. Warranty Coverage
During the warranty period, FJDynamics will provide repair or replacement services free of charge for products that fail due to manufacturing defects or material issues under normal use.
The warranty covers:
- Manufacturing defects
- Hardware failures occurring under normal operating conditions
3. Warranty Exclusions
The warranty does not cover damage or failure caused by:
- Improper use, misuse, or abuse
- Unauthorized modification, disassembly, or repair
- Accidental damage, including drops or impact
- Damage caused by improper storage or transportation after delivery
- Normal wear and tear of consumable parts
- Force majeure events (such as natural disasters)
4. Warranty Service Process
To request warranty service, customers should:
- Contact FJDynamics or the authorized distributor
- Provide proof of purchase and product serial number
- Describe the issue and, if requested, provide photos or videos for diagnosis
After confirmation, FJDynamics will advise the appropriate repair or replacement solution.
5. Transportation & Service Costs
- If the issue is confirmed to be covered under warranty, FJDynamics will cover the repair costs.
- Transportation or logistics costs may vary depending on the region and service arrangement and will be communicated in advance.
6. Extended Warranty
